This well love pair of RM Williams chelsea boots came in for a full resole. They originally had a leather sole, and were previously repaired with a leather half sole. As you can see in the last photo, the halfsole was simply attached with nails, and not stitched into place.
We removed the old soles, recorked the shoe and replaced the leather soles with full length rubber soles, and stitched them in place with our vintage Rapid E outsole stitching machine.
As the heelblock was quite damaged, we rebuild it entirely in stacked leather and added a rubber heel to match the original.
As always, the final touch is a clean and polish with Saphir products. Only the best.
